With more in-depth, ongoing support from me throughout the process, you’ll feel confident making changes that feel right for your family—helping everyone move towards more settled nights and restful routines.-

How it works at Snug & Snooze

Start by booking in for a Snug Chat. This is your first step towards better sleep, and there’s no pressure or commitment at this stage.

During the free 15 minute video call we will discuss your little ones’ sleep challenges and your goals, whilst seeing if we are the right fit for each other.

This is a 3-4 day diary of your little ones routine. Using the information you provide in your sleep diary, I will create a gentle, bespoke sleep plan designed specifically for your baby and your family.

After assessing your sleep diary, we’ll meet for a 60-minute video consultation to discuss the key details of your personalised sleep plan and make sure you feel confident moving forward.

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive support via email or WhatsApp. I’ll be there to answer questions, provide reassurance, and help you navigate any challenges as they arise.
